Whether you're new to Spin or a seasoned rider, our classes are designed to challenge and inspire you while providing a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished.
What to Expect:
Led by experienced instructors, our Spin classes are designed to cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Each class features a blend of upbeat music and dynamic lighting effects, creating a stimulating atmosphere that will keep you engaged and motivated throughout your ride. Our instructors will guide you through a series of sprints, climbs, and intervals, ensuring a challenging and effective workout every time.
What to Bring:
If this is your first spin or cycling class, congratulations! You got this, and we got you! We have shoes to clip into our bikes for you to borrow, at no extra charge. We suggest you bring a water bottle but if you forget we have those available for purchase. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time so that your instructor can help you set up your bike properly and help make your experience wonderful.
Barre

Our experienced instructors will lead you through a variety of routines that are easy to follow yet effective in delivering results. You'll sweat, you'll laugh, and you'll leave feeling energized and accomplished.

Our program offers a fantastic way for your children to stay active and have a blast while dancing to their heart's content. Our enrollment style makes it easy for you to join in the fun.

5-Week Sessions: Each enrollment period spans 5 weeks of energetic dance sessions specially tailored for kids.
$65 per Enrollment: Our enrollment fee is just $65 for each exciting 5-week session.
