Hello Soul Families,
As October draws to a close, we have a few important updates and exciting announcements to share.
First, a quick reminder: there will be NO DANCE classes this coming Friday, October 31st. We WILL still offer dance classes on November 10th & 11th, even with school closures in recognition of Veterans Day. NO DANCE on November 26th & 27th for Thanksgiving Break!Also, this is the final week for our "Bring a Buddy Challenge!" Please ensure all your friends have had the chance to experience a day of creativity through dance with you. The student who brings in the most buddies will win a Farmhouse Froyo certificate, with the winner announced on November 3rd. If a friend registers for the full season by the end of November, make sure they mention the referring dancer's name to be entered into a December drawing.
Next, I want to extend a huge congratulations and well done to all the families who participated in our recent Krispy Kreme fundraiser! We raised an impressive $3,110.94. Thank you for your incredible support!
Building on that success, I am thrilled to announce our second fundraiser: "Pasta for a Purpose!" This event will feature a spaghetti feed and a silent auction. We will also have a live auction of pies and cakes made by you, our amazing dance families. A sign-up sheet will be available for you to indicate what kind of dessert you will bring. Please remember that all desserts must be counter-stable; no refrigerated desserts, please.

* Youth 12 & under: \$12 donation

All of this information will also be posted on our Deer Park studio bulletin board. We are asking each family to aim to sell at least 10 tickets. Tickets will be available for pickup by the end of this week or the first week of November so you can begin selling.
Because the fundraiser takes place on a Thursday, our Thursday classes will perform as entertainment for the evening. We are asking for our dancers aged 13 and older to participate in serving during the event. I will send details about hair and clothing when the fundraiser draws closer.

Tuition is posted on the 1st of every month.
Payments are due within 10 days through Studio Pro.
Auto-Pay: If you have it set up, it will be withdrawn on the 2nd of each month at 9:00 am.
A late fee will be applied for any unpaid balances after the 10th of the month.

We use Studio Pro, the program you used to sign up your child for classes. If you haven't already, please download the DSP app from your app store. Once logged in, you can view your child's class schedule, closed dates for holidays, and receive important announcements, including recital information and ticket purchases.
