    Your complimentary Soul Method Consultation is where we map out your goals and determine the best path forward.

    If we decide together that this is a good fit, you’ll move forward with enrollment.

    • Download the Soul Method App

    • Complete your intake forms

    • Upload starting photos and measurements

    • Receive your macro targets and habit goals

    • Schedule your first official check-in

    Everything is organized inside the app so you know exactly what to do from day one.

    From here, we focus on building sustainable patterns that support your life, not control it.

    You’ll learn how to understand your macro targets and fuel your body with intention — not restriction. You’ll follow a solid workout plan, whether that’s through Soul Studios classes you already love or a personalized program inside your app. You’ll check in weekly for accountability, adjustments, and encouragement. And most importantly, you’ll begin building habits that create long-term change.
